Trying to loose weight

I've never been the skinniest chick on the block.  But boy, have my body changed after having our baby.  The struggle is on to get this bod back into shape. 

I am thinking of trying Ephedrine.  A decrease in appetite whilst increasing energy levels?  Well there is something I definately need. 

Have anyone ever tried this?   Please give me some feedback.

Paradise!

Yesterday was the first day in a while that I scrapped.  And I now remember again why I love it so much!  It is just soooo relaxing for me.  So my latest layout is titled Paradise.  This photo was taken during our Thailand holiday last year.  It so so beautiful and so relaxing.  It brings you so close to nature and appreciating all the beauty our world has to offer. Here I am at a lookout point, taking in some of this beauty and fresh air…..

 

I did this layout for a speed scrap hosted  LDrag Designs last night at Scrapmatters.  Had so much fun…..  I used Tropical Sunshine from LDrag designs & Siamese Studio to create this layout.
